I’ve been writing about diet, health and nutrition since the late 1990s. Cutting my freelance teeth with the Daily Mail I’ve since written for a number of national newspapers and a host of health and women’s magazines.
Currently writing Woman’s Own weekly diet pages, I also write nutrition and health features for the Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, Daily Telegraph and Daily Express; plus for a selection of health and women’s titles.
